From planning to manufacturing: a single and proven process


Mold construction

Specialized technical personnel studies manufacturing feasibility and designs, by means of softwares of the newest generation, the necessary equipment for the realization of our range or customized products. Molds are manufactured according to the most advanced technological systems, using CNC machining centers and lathes. Therefore our molds are designed, manufactured and maintained in-house.


Raw materials selection

We choose our suppliers by severe selection processes, in order to get every day materials with excellent properties.
Over 90% of our suppliers are Italian and our close collaboration with them guarantees steel and raw materials of the highest quality.
Each material is certified and undergoes qualitative tests in competent laboratories.


Cold Shearing and Laser Cutting

Modern instruments guarantee extremely high-precision metal cutting at high rates of advance. Each item is cut, following the specific design, using automatic shears or by means of a Laser cutting plant.



The weight of our forged components is between 0,5 kgs and 30 kgs.
The use of gas-fed and induction ovens allows hot forging by one of these production lines:

1 production line for the items up to 30 kgs, composed of

3 production lines for the items up to 15 kgs composed of

  • 7 Anthropomorphic robot.

2 production lines up to 8 kgs composed of

1 production line for the items up to 2,5 kgs, composed of

Heat Treatment

Hardening, quenching and tempering are carried out internally in a controlled atmosphere and through isothermal and continuous annealing. These processes guarantee the technical specifications of hardness, resistance and resilience. Heat treatments are carried out under strict control by specialized technical staff.


Mechanical processing with C.N.C. machines

Machineries perform any type of mechanical processing with the tightest tolerances required. The latest generation of turning and milling plants allow to proceed on more than one working plan, giving the possibility to realize complex figures. Turning and milling processing can be carried out directly on the item forged in the production center.


Quality Control

For all the metallurgical and dimensional checks, 3D control systems are used, along with microscopes, Brinell and Rockwell hardometers, in order to ensure the highest level of quality certification, in line with the Group standards.



Sandblasting allows the product to be refined. The result is a pure, uniform tool that is resistant to the strongest pressures, ready for subsequent deburring and roughing operations at the in-house machine shop.


Powder coating

High quality powder coating can complete the manufacturing process, providing finished products in different colors.
